Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in technical program management, product management, data analytics, software engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, operational risk, and stakeholders across complex workstreams.
  • Working proficiency with a programming or statistical language (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, Java, Apex).
  • Experience evaluating novel technologies, system designs, and technical risks in the absence of playbooks.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical instincts for validating data and code.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end technical program delivery for emergency responses, including requirements gathering, system configuration, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Research, Engineering, Data, and Programs teams to align systems with objectives.
  • Ensure technical systems comply with data protection, privacy, and financial control standards.
  • Develop and improve technical documentation, deployment guides, and incident-response protocols.
  • Partner with Programs and Engineering to define product roadmaps and implement improvements for scalability and reliability.
  • Lead technical retrospectives and root cause analyses to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support risk assessments and mitigate technical risks such as connectivity, data loss, and fraud in high-risk environments.
