Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery, or product operations.
- Experience managing initiatives involving multiple technical and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to read code and understand data pipelines.
- Ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and blockers effectively.
- First-principles problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments where processes are not fully defined.
- Strong communication skills for translating between technical and customer-facing teams.
- High level of ownership and ability to drive tasks to completion.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the operational delivery state once a product initiative moves into execution.
- Monitor cross-functional dependencies, blockers, competing priorities, and scope changes.
- Act as a central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, Data, and Solutions teams.
- Coordinate handovers between teams for testing and acceptance to ensure launch readiness.
- Surface questions or inconsistencies early to keep execution aligned with product intent.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation regarding project status, timelines, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Build lightweight processes to ensure delivery moves efficiently without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
