Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, delivery, or product operations.
- Proven experience managing technical projects across cross-functional teams in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in data-heavy, logistics, or supply chain technology domains is highly preferred.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to read code and understand data pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve blockers while maintaining focus on outcomes.
- Experience working in a lean environment with high autonomy and comfort with ambiguity.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to bridge Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams.
- High ownership mindset to see initiatives through to successful resolution.
- Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the operational delivery state once a product initiative moves into execution.
- Monitor cross-functional dependencies, blockers, and potential delays, surfacing risks early.
- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Data, and Solutions to ensure clear ownership and context.
- Facilitate handover and launch readiness between technical teams and product stakeholders.
- Ensure execution remains aligned with product intent by spotting implementation drift early.
- Maintain a clear source of truth for project status, timelines, dependencies, and key decisions.
- Establish lightweight, effective delivery processes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
