Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years supporting customer-facing technical deployments, implementations, or professional-services programs.
- Working knowledge of hardware, networking, connectivity, and integration concepts (IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, ports, Wi-Fi, bandwidth).
- Experience managing complex, customer-facing work involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with CRM and project-management tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Jira.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience developing workflows, playbooks, and technical documentation.
- Ability to pass and maintain a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check.
- Ability to handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PSO leadership to implement scalable workflows, operating rhythms, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain visibility into program performance, project status, delivery milestones, and customer-impacting risks.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Finance to remove delivery blockers and manage escalations.
- Serve as a technical resource for deployment planning, hardware readiness, network connectivity, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot hardware, network, and integration issues; drive resolution with appropriate technical resources.
- Develop and maintain playbooks, training materials, and knowledge resources for consistent team execution.
