Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on project/program management or as an HR Business Partner.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business strategy into effective people and communications programs.
- Excellent project management skills, including milestone definition, stakeholder engagement, and metrics tracking.
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities for organizational communications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work and partner effectively in a matrixed organization.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Experience with CultureAmp, UKG, and Monday.com (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for key People Team initiatives such as engagement surveys, pulse checks, and performance review cycles.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive effective execution of HR programs.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of People Analytics to evaluate program efficacy using data-driven insights.
- Design and execute cohesive communication strategies across the organization in partnership with People Team Leadership.
- Maintain the Manager Hub with SOPs, toolkits, and leadership resources.
- Establish and maintain the annual People Strategy Roadmap, tracking milestones and KPIs.
