Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in measurements and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple active jobs and priorities simultaneously.
- Measurement proficiency, including comfort working with fractions down to 1/16 of an inch.
- Strong written and verbal American English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Excel.
- Technology adaptability to quickly learn new software systems.
- Independent working style with the ability to prioritize tasks without constant supervision.
- Professional remote home office setup including high-speed internet, backup internet, and power backup.
- Commitment to a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET schedule.
- Previous experience in glazing, construction, contracting, or dispatching is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries, create accurate job records, and follow up on incomplete information.
- Coordinate estimates and on-site measurement appointments while communicating schedule changes.
- Build and maintain daily technician schedules for installations, measurements, and service calls.
- Manage material and product orders, communicate with vendors, and track deliveries.
- Verify dimensions, quantities, and specifications against estimates and field records to identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and send customer invoices, process payments, and maintain payment records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and maintain administrative records.
- Implement process improvements and operational workflows using software tools.
