The Good Food Institute (GFI) is a non-profit think tank driving innovation in the alternative protein sector. We're dedicated to creating a more sustainable and ethical food system by accelerating the development and adoption of plant-based and cultivated meat. Our work significantly impacts the global food industry, addressing climate change, food security, and animal welfare. We collaborate with scientists, businesses, and policymakers to make alternative proteins delicious, affordable, and accessible to all. GFI leverages a robust technological infrastructure to support our mission. Our tech stack includes tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and various other web technologies that ensure efficient operations and data-driven decision-making. While we embrace technology, we maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment that prioritizes impact and innovation. We foster a flexible, remote-first culture, enabling team members to work effectively from various locations globally. Our mission is to make the global food system better for the planet, people, and animals. GFI's values center around believing change is possible, maximizing positive impact, open knowledge sharing, evidence-based action, and inclusivity. We celebrate diversity, equity, and inclusion, building a workplace where everyone feels welcome and valued. Our team of 51-100 employees works passionately towards our goals, empowered by our commitment to evidence-based approaches and impactful collaborations. GFI has received significant philanthropic support and has experienced considerable growth since its founding in 2016. We actively seek individuals who are passionate about our mission and want to contribute to a rapidly expanding and impactful organization dedicated to transforming the future of food.
