Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience at a SaaS or technology company.
- Experience leading a team in an implementation, onboarding, professional services, or delivery organization.
- Demonstrable results raising performance standards through operational improvement.
- Track record of building organizational support for change across senior stakeholders.
- Experience at high-growth companies (ideally $100M-$500M ARR).
- Product management mindset regarding internal operations.
- Ability to bridge technical and business conversations for executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience building or rebuilding workflows using AI.
- Strong command of Salesforce and delivery organization systems.
- Data fluency and ability to perform independent analysis.
- Deeply execution-oriented with strong process design and capacity planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the operating model for onboarding, launch, and activation across the full product set.
- Design and implement processes to scale activation capacity to 3x current volume.
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Launchpad.
- Direct dedicated engineering and Salesforce development resources.
- Identify and automate manual activation tasks using AI capabilities.
- Establish key performance metrics and provide leadership with clear, data-driven operational visibility.
- Lead a team of senior operators and maintain a fast-paced, high-visibility project backlog.
