Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar systems-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience as a HubSpot administrator.
  • Professional background in B2B SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of lead-to-cash mechanics, including routing, scoring, enrichment, campaign tracking, and attribution.
  • Strong fluency in Salesforce to ensure seamless integration with HubSpot.
  • Ability to diagnose funnel problems and implement end-to-end system changes.
  • High attention to detail regarding data hygiene, access permissions, and workflow configuration.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with marketing and partnerships teams.
  • Experience with Partnerstack is a plus.
  • Self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, scrappy environment with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

  • Own top-of-funnel lead routing, assignment, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management in HubSpot.
  • Ensure accurate attribution logic and data integrity to measure channel ROI.
  • Implement automations across the lead-to-customer lifecycle to improve pipeline hygiene.
  • Proactively identify and fix funnel inefficiencies including MQL/PQL to SQL handoff rules.
  • Partner with GTM Analytics and Business Systems on Salesforce data modeling and field mapping.
  • Manage the marketing and partner tech stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and Partnerstack integrations.
  • Execute and verify marketing and partnership campaign workflows.
  • Analyze lead quality and collaborate on incentive experiments for partnerships.
