Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in management or technology consulting.
- Demonstrated experience with account ownership, revenue growth, and program delivery for technology transformations.
- Proven success leading executive pursuits and crafting proposals, SOWs, and LOEs.
- Practical knowledge across technology domains including cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI, and platform engineering.
- Executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and lead steering-committee forums.
- Experience shaping transformation programs in industries such as healthcare, financial services, or public sector.
- Experience building account playbooks, maturity assessments, or packaged consulting offerings.
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Prosci, ADKAR, or ITIL are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own account growth, executive relationships, and delivery quality for assigned strategic accounts.
- Build and operationalize a comprehensive account view including stakeholder maps, initiative maps, and whitespace opportunities.
- Serve as the named Digital Account Lead and senior owner for the overall client outcome.
- Originate, qualify, shape, and advance pursuits aligned to client priorities and delivery capabilities.
- Orchestrate sales teams, domain specialists, and delivery leaders around one integrated account strategy.
- Establish risk-based oversight and participate directly in steering forums and quality reviews.
- Convert successful delivery lessons into reusable offerings, playbooks, and intellectual property.
- Maintain portfolio financial performance including forecasting, margin, and investment trade-offs.
