Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience, including 2 or more years in a consulting firm environment.
- Minimum 1-4 years of client-facing experience.
- Mastery of change management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Smartsheet and Tableau.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and processes in public health operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep commitment to health equity and sustainable public health infrastructure.
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is preferred.
- Experience with health systems in Massachusetts or other Northeastern states is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the 'People Side' of large-scale digital, operational, and AI-driven transitions to ensure high adoption.
- Design and facilitate human-centered journey mapping sessions to identify and address frontline staff friction points.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Communications team to craft data-driven narratives for stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with the Workforce Development team to provide hands-on coaching and upskilling for local leaders and staff.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative change impact and readiness assessments in rural and urban health settings.
- Advise local health partners on the adoption of AI-enabled tools, ensuring responsible and equity-centered implementation.
- Act as a primary contact for diverse coalitions to resolve operational issues by addressing human capacity needs.
