Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within legal departments, law firms, or professional services organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong skills partnering across Sales, Account Management, and Training/Enablement functions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
- Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and think about change holistically.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- JD or background at a Big Four consulting firm is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies addressing people, process, and technology.
- Engage stakeholders from practicing attorneys to C-suite executives as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to identify transformation opportunities and support renewal processes.
- Partner with the Training team to deliver enablement programs, communication plans, and adoption strategies.
- Create readiness assessments, stakeholder maps, and tailored communication plans.
- Identify organizational resistance and design targeted interventions to drive adoption.
- Lead in-person client workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings (up to 50% travel).
- Refine change management playbooks based on client outcomes and industry best practices.
