Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, organizational enablement, or business operations in high-growth technology environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing change campaigns for tool rollouts, operational shifts, or organizational updates with high adoption rates.
- Proven track record of creating multi-channel communication plans, including Slack announcements, all-hands decks, and executive messaging.
- Strong portfolio of written communications, training materials, and change management playbooks.
- Familiarity with applying practical change management frameworks such as ADKAR or agile models.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, business, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to translate complex operational changes into clear, compelling, and action-oriented communications.
- Experience bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational messaging across tools, processes, and structural shifts to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Create structured, adaptable change management playbooks to prepare teams for system launches and operational evolutions.
- Develop interactive training programs, self-paced guides, and video walkthroughs to facilitate seamless adoption.
- Track adoption metrics and collect feedback to continuously refine strategies and resolve friction points.
- Execute monthly employee town halls by preparing leadership, drafting decks, managing Q&A, and coordinating logistics.
- Partner with operations leads and executives to align change strategies with technical and operational roadmaps.
