Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, people programs, or a closely related function.
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training programs for adult learners in a professional setting.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional people programs across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of producing clear professional documentation.
- Proficiency in developing facilitation materials and stakeholder-ready deliverables.
- Experience governing or curating a knowledge management platform such as Bloomfire or Confluence is preferred.
- Familiarity with a structured change management methodology is preferred.
- Experience supporting employee engagement survey analysis and action planning is preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Classroom, Docs, Slides, and Forms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Supply Chain career development programs, including role-based competency frameworks and employee development plans.
- Plan, facilitate, and improve department-wide training programs, including AI adoption and professional skills development.
- Build and maintain employee development infrastructure, including structured onboarding frameworks.
- Govern and curate the Supply Chain knowledge management system, maintaining organized and searchable resources.
- Facilitate engagement survey action planning with functional leaders, tracking commitments and progress to completion.
