Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise software deployments.
- Experience with Workday Financials, HCM, or similarly complex cloud transformation programs.
- Strong PMO, project planning, scope control, and budget management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client stakeholders and communicate with senior leaders.
- Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical workstreams through testing and go-live.
- Workday Engagement Manager (EM) certification strongly preferred.
- Large Enterprise (LE) Engagement Manager certification is a plus.
- PMP or other recognized project management credential is valued.
Responsibilities
- Drive the project lifecycle in alignment with Workday implementation methodology.
- Manage project scope, delivery timelines, budget tracking, resource plans, and change control.
- Develop relationships with client project managers, sponsors, and workstream leads.
- Facilitate coordination across functional, technical, data, testing, and change management teams.
- Identify delivery risks, establish mitigation plans, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, cutover, deployment, and stabilization plans.
- Prepare decision-oriented status reporting for steering committees and senior stakeholders.
