Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing public sector channel and/or partnerships.
- Deep familiarity with the public sector ecosystem (Federal and SLED) and GTM motions.
- Strong network across GSIs, managed service providers, resellers, and auditors.
- Working knowledge of federal compliance programs such as FedRAMP and CMMC.
- 5+ years of people management experience, including managing team performance.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow external partner relationships at scale, ideally in cybersecurity or GRC.
- Experience owning revenue targets delivered through partners.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally across GTM, product, legal, marketing, and sales teams.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the V4G partner strategy across Federal and SLED markets, including defining archetypes (resellers, service partners, GSIs, 3PAOs, and C3PAOs), tiering, and coverage models.
- Manage V4G partner-sourced pipeline and ARR contribution, defining metrics for performance, health, and network coverage.
- Design and scale programs including partner tiering, certification, enablement, co-sell motions, MDF, and investment allocation.
- Build and lead the V4G partnerships team, establishing operating rhythms and performance standards.
- Partner with the Global Channel & Alliances organization to integrate V4G motions across the broader ecosystem.
- Serve as the internal voice of the government ecosystem to influence product roadmap, packaging, and pricing.
- Expand the network by identifying and onboarding new firms while reducing concentration risk.
