Requirements
- At least three years of relevant experience in automation, AI implementation, operations, product, business systems, or software development.
- Strong practical understanding of generative AI and large language models.
- Proven experience building working automations that solve real business problems.
- Ability to connect applications using APIs, webhooks, native integrations, or automation platforms.
- Comfort using no-code and low-code platforms.
- Sufficient technical fluency to use scripting or lightweight development when necessary.
- Strong process-mapping and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail for testing and deploying automated workflows.
- Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Map existing workflows across business units to identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient processes.
- Prioritize and implement AI-powered automations that create the greatest operational impact.
- Design end-to-end workflows by connecting platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
- Improve internal CRM and relationship-tracking systems through automated data enrichment and organization.
- Build lightweight internal tools, dashboards, or applications when existing tools are insufficient.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Train team members on new tools and processes while documenting standard operating procedures.
