Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience building AI automations, workflow systems, or similar technical solutions.
- Strong practical experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic/Claude API or other LLM APIs.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and OAuth/API authentication.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and/or Python.
- Experience working with databases and SQL, including structured data and relationships.
- Strong understanding of LLM tool/function calling, structured outputs and AI workflow design.
- Experience with RAG/knowledge retrieval and connecting AI systems to business data.
- Experience building workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, permissions and auditability.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and good technical documentation practices.
Responsibilities
- Map business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows across business operations.
- Build a connected operational layer across executive operations, property development, lettings, and finance.
- Develop an executive-level control system to consolidate risks, actions, and business-critical issues.
- Connect and synchronize platforms like Microsoft 365, Monday.com, and Xero using APIs and webhooks.
- Design human approval workflows for sensitive decisions and financial commitments.
- Monitor and improve the reliability and performance of deployed AI agents and automations.
