Requirements
- 1+ years of commercial JavaScript/Node.js development experience.
- Confident working with REST APIs of third-party services.
- Experience with a low-code automation platform (n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar).
- Experience with Airtable or a similar low-code database.
- Experience integrating LLMs into workflows (OpenAI, Claude, or others).
- Strong understanding of how to build reliable technical pipelines.
- Ability to work independently through the full task cycle of understanding, choosing a technical approach, launching, and support.
- Nice to have: Experience automating creative production (generation, localization, resizes, render pipelines).
- Nice to have: Familiarity with advertising APIs (Meta Marketing API, AppLovin, TikTok, Google Ads).
- Nice to have: Experience with media pipelines like ffmpeg or After Effects.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of AI services for image/video generation, dubbing, or speech synthesis (e.g., HeyGen, ElevenLabs).
- Nice to have: Understanding of user acquisition and mobile marketing metrics like CPA, ROI, and LTV.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative generation workflows for variations, localization, resizes, and static/video formats.
- Build parsing systems to analyze competitors' creatives and identify top performers and trends.
- Collaborate with UA managers, creative producers, and designers to automate their routine tasks.
- Build auto-launch functionality for advertising campaigns on platforms such as AppLovin, Meta, and TikTok.
- Develop recommendation systems and automated campaign management solutions.
- Implement AI tools to enable non-technical specialists to use them independently.
- Maintain and monitor existing automations, including Airtable scripts, n8n workflows, and integrations with Slack and Google Drive.
- Ensure automation transparency through clear statuses, logs, and error reporting.
