Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise automation, workflow engineering, integration engineering, or platform architecture.
- Deep hands-on experience with n8n or Boomi.
- Expertise in API-first and event-driven architectures.
- Strong proficiency in REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JWT.
- Experience with secure integration practices.
- Experience implementing CI/CD, automation governance, and observability practices.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working with AI and machine learning services and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and raise engineering standards.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute enterprise AI automation and transformation strategy using n8n.
- Design and build scalable, secure automation solutions that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows, intelligent agents, and decisioning frameworks.
- Architect API-first and event-driven integrations connecting enterprise systems.
- Establish platform standards for development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
- Define CI/CD processes and environment strategies to improve delivery speed.
- Create reusable automation frameworks, workflow templates, and AI agent accelerators.
- Implement observability and performance measurement for AI-driven workflows.
- Lead technical design reviews and post-incident reviews.
- Mentor engineers on AI automation, agent orchestration, and responsible AI practices.
