Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience working with direct-to-consumer brands or performance-marketing agencies.
  • Proven track record developing paid social creative for DTC or e-commerce brands.
  • Excellent direct-response copywriting and scriptwriting skills.
  • Experience translating customer research and performance data into creative concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social creative across both video and static formats.
  • Understanding of creative testing, iteration, hooks, angles, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Experience managing multiple agencies, editors, creators, or production partners simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Meta’s advertising ecosystem and performance analytics.
  • Experience using project-management and reporting tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize quickly.
  • Availability for consistent overlap with Pacific Time working hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop approximately 8–12 direct-response advertising concepts each week.
  • Write scripts, hooks, briefs, headlines, and messaging tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
  • Own the monthly creative direction to ensure alignment across agencies, editors, and creators.
  • Build creative strategies for Meta, AppLovin, and additional acquisition channels.
  • Analyze performance data and incoming footage to iterate on winning hooks, formats, and offers.
  • Research competitor ads, emerging trends, and customer insights.
  • Lead weekly creative reviews to report on performance, testing results, and production priorities.
  • Coordinate multiple agencies, editors, producers, and creators to execute creative projects.
  • Maintain an organized source of truth for creative briefs, status, testing, and performance.
