2–4+ years of paid media experience managing budgets of $350,000+ across search and/or social.
Significant experience creating and optimizing Google Ads accounts at scale.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
Proficiency in copywriting for direct-response search and social campaigns.
Experience building, connecting, and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center.
Experience integrating Product Ratings from aggregators into Google Merchant Center.
Demonstrated ability to forecast budgets across channels based on historical data.
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Google Ads Desktop Editor.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead difficult conversations.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and task management skills.

Optimize ad accounts across Google and Meta by building, testing, and iterating on campaign types, ad copy, creative, budgets, and bids.
Monitor active campaigns and adjust budgets and strategy in real-time to meet spend and ROAS targets.
Forecast future budgets and performance leveraging historical data and industry trends.
Run multivariate tests to identify high-performing creative, copy, and audience segments.
Troubleshoot accounts for technical errors across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Ads Manager.
Communicate campaign results and strategic insights to clients through weekly meetings and reports.
Mentor and coach junior team members to uplift team performance.
