Requirements
- 5–7 years of performance marketing experience in B2B SaaS or a comparable technology environment.
- Demonstrated experience personally managing at least $500K in annual paid media spend.
- Deep hands-on expertise building, auditing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven experience creating target-account audiences and executing paid programs against sales-aligned named-account lists.
- Experience managing paid acquisition across significantly different buyer segments.
- Strong hands-on ability to create landing pages and forms in HubSpot, including native A/B testing.
- Strong command of Google Tag Manager, GCLID mapping, offline conversion imports, and UTM governance.
- Comfortable using Salesforce to analyze pipeline, sales opportunities, and closed-won performance.
- Excellent writing skills for advertisements, landing pages, offers, headlines, and calls to action.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities to formulate experiments and make data-backed decisions.
- Highly self-sufficient and comfortable taking direct accountability for performance.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid acquisition programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and account-based channels.
- Develop target-account audiences and execute intent-driven paid programs using data from Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and Qualified.
- Manage acquisition across buyer segments, balancing high-velocity campaigns with enterprise sales cycles.
- Write ad copy and build landing pages/forms using HubSpot and Base44.
- Execute A/B testing programs across landing pages, messaging, and forms to improve conversion volume and lead quality.
- Own end-to-end conversion tracking, including Google Tag Manager, offline conversion imports, and CRM-integrated lead-source reporting.
- Monitor funnel performance from impressions and CTR through MQLs and SQOs.
- Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and allocation across products and segments.
- Produce weekly performance reporting and executive-ready pipeline reviews.
