Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred.
- Demonstrated experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, to manage large pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience working in a consulting or sales-focused environment.
- Passion for cloud technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with various stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong focus on client needs and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Manage Microsoft and channel partner incentives to accelerate customer journeys to Microsoft Azure.
- Oversee a seven-figure annual funding target, maximizing incentives across sales opportunities.
- Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions between 3Cloud and Microsoft field teams.
- Facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings with field sales leaders to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Maintain accurate tracking of programs, funding, and pipeline stages within Salesforce.
- Coordinate partner engagement across Sales, Delivery, and internal project teams.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and scalability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Alliance Specialists to improve team execution.
