Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills capable of influencing leadership.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
- Ability to act as an owner, taking responsibility for problems even outside of the immediate scope.
Responsibilities
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to inform key business metrics.
- Understand business questions before analysis to ensure insights drive actual decisions.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for leadership.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for embedded business units like growth, product, AI, or partnerships.
- Collaborate with counterparts in product, growth, finance, and operations to drive business outcomes.
