Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering material impact.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills to influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- First principles thinker and hands-on executor.
Responsibilities
- Define the right business problems before running analyses.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights to move key team metrics.
- Drive outcomes by presenting actionable recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Own the analytical function for an embedded business unit end-to-end.
