Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and a bias for action.
- Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making and performance optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Foster strong, trusted relationships with existing partners as the primary point of contact.
- Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured business plans or quarterly OKRs.
- Optimize performance by using data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for improving KPIs.
- Lead the creation of new growth opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
- Deliver actionable insights to both partners and internal teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Resolve operational and executional challenges quickly to ensure smooth partnership management.
