Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimally 2-3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition.
- Experience in hiring technical roles across Southeast Asia is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Advanced skills in Excel or similar for data management and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from job intake to pre-onboarding.
- Source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and events.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural alignment.
- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to ensure successful hires.
- Manage candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Extend and negotiate job offers.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
