Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter role.
- Track record of managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience sourcing in the US market.
- Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social media search techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- English Proficiency.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Experience with a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to pre-boarding.
- Source active and passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn, Indeed, and referrals.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Create and present job descriptions and employer branding materials.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and requirements.
- Utilize ATS to track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
