Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for technical roles across SEA is an advantage.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Proficiency with recruitment tools including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process from job requisition and intake meetings to pre-onboarding.
- Proactively source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Utilize advanced search techniques to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to clarify talent needs.
- Provide insights on candidate profiles and market trends to ensure successful hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
- Collaborate with tertiary institutions for recruitment events and internship programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
