Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
- Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes, including quota, renewals, cross-sell, and expansion motions.
- Ability to manage high-volume books of business using a systems-oriented and playbook-driven approach.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs.
- Ability to hold technical conversations with developers and engineering teams.
- Experience using product usage data to monitor account health and mitigate churn risk.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with founders, technical leads, and procurement teams.
- Experience in the voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space (preferred).
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full commercial relationship and customer success for a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts.
- Develop systems, playbooks, and scaled motions to drive outcomes across a high-volume book of business.
- Advise customers on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, and technical integrations.
- Use data and logs to monitor account health, spot friction, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and lead cross-sell and renewal motions end-to-end.
- Partner with technical leads, founders, and procurement teams to help accounts achieve value.
