Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Client Strategy, agency or SaaS background preferred.
- Proven ability to independently build and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of what drives ROI for small businesses.
- Professional experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics 4.
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
- Exceptional English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Organizational ability to manage 30–60 client relationships simultaneously.
- Ability to work standard business hours in either the Eastern Time Zone or the Pacific Time Zone.
Responsibilities
- Build a clear understanding of each client's business goals and translate those into a marketing strategy with defined, measurable outcomes.
- Own outcomes and track performance against agreed benchmarks to proactively adjust strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell where appropriate, and keep clients engaged.
- Design and execute full digital marketing campaigns including paid social, Google Ads, email, content, and landing pages.
- Use AI tools to produce campaign assets, ad copy, creative concepts, performance reports, and strategy briefs.
- Deliver campaigns that meet client expectations and handle difficult conversations with confidence and honesty.
