Requirements
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in program coordination, customer service, inside sales, or account support; OR a Bachelor's degree with minimum one year of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work autonomously.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, training, and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the program ambassador and first-level contact for collection site customers.
- Onboard customers through all stages of the process, utilizing individual touches and automation.
- Manage a high volume of activities via phone, email, and website in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain regular outreach through site visits, phone, and email to support customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and internal teams to optimize account relationships and program performance.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer records.
- Compile and analyze data-based metrics to monitor program performance and report recommendations.
- Ensure regulated state performance goals are met, including accessibility targets and collection volumes.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to address site requests effectively.
- Prepare for and attend relevant recycling conferences in the region.
