Requirements

  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in program coordination, customer service, inside sales, or account support; OR a Bachelor's degree with minimum one year of relevant experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work autonomously.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer visits, training, and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the program ambassador and first-level contact for collection site customers.
  • Onboard customers through all stages of the process, utilizing individual touches and automation.
  • Manage a high volume of activities via phone, email, and website in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain regular outreach through site visits, phone, and email to support customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and internal teams to optimize account relationships and program performance.
  • Maintain complete and accurate customer records.
  • Compile and analyze data-based metrics to monitor program performance and report recommendations.
  • Ensure regulated state performance goals are met, including accessibility targets and collection volumes.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to address site requests effectively.
  • Prepare for and attend relevant recycling conferences in the region.
