Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, event activation, or nonprofit youth development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
  • Advanced relationship-building and customer-service skills.
  • Proven experience supporting events or programs from planning through execution.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear summaries and case studies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate program trackers.
  • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management, CRM, or data-tracking platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% within the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate agency participation in national sports-based mentoring opportunities.
  • Manage logistics for sports clinics, camps, tournaments, and mentoring events.
  • Serve as a liaison between local agencies, corporate partners, and national staff.
  • Document lessons learned and develop case studies from agency activations.
  • Maintain a repository of program resources, examples, and implementation insights.
  • Track participating agencies, partnership activations, and youth engagement metrics.
  • Collect agency feedback to inform future program design and investment.
