Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, event activation, or nonprofit youth development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Advanced relationship-building and customer-service skills.
- Proven experience supporting events or programs from planning through execution.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear summaries and case studies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate program trackers.
- Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends and best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management, CRM, or data-tracking platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate agency participation in national sports-based mentoring opportunities.
- Manage logistics for sports clinics, camps, tournaments, and mentoring events.
- Serve as a liaison between local agencies, corporate partners, and national staff.
- Document lessons learned and develop case studies from agency activations.
- Maintain a repository of program resources, examples, and implementation insights.
- Track participating agencies, partnership activations, and youth engagement metrics.
- Collect agency feedback to inform future program design and investment.
