Requirements
- Associate degree in business administration, operations, communications, education, quality management, compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in coordinating applications, reports, or documentation.
- Ability to consistently follow established procedures, templates, checklists, and workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach to stakeholder support.
- Ability to maintain accurate, confidential records and exercise sound judgment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Ability to quickly learn CRM, workflow, reporting, and document-management systems.
- Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous-improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and review trainer and training organization applications, activity reports, qualifications, and quality-management documentation.
- Identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent information and coordinate timely follow-up using established templates.
- Track applications, quality submissions, partner responses, training activity, feedback, and corrective actions.
- Communicate requirements, deadlines, and progress updates clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare intake summaries and coordinate documentation and scheduling for evaluations and approvals.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready records within CRM and other systems.
- Support readiness activities for new products and course content by tracking progress and coordinating materials.
- Escalate technical questions, delays, and quality concerns to evaluators or program owners.
- Identify process improvements and provide operational coverage while following privacy and information-security requirements.
