10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, complex B2B sales, sales strategy, or business operations.
Experience in storage or storage-adjacent technology environments, including hardware, cloud, and SaaS models.
Understanding of enterprise sales motions, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.
Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives that influence business performance.
Strong financial, commercial, and analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex data into business actions.
Proven ability to evaluate trends and develop recommendations for senior leadership.
Experience partnering closely with senior sales leaders in a highly matrixed organization.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Must be based in the Central or Eastern United States time zones.

Evaluate enterprise business performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership on organizational decisions and investments.
Analyze revenue trends, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to support business decisions.
Partner with Sales Operations and Finance to optimize resource allocation and coverage models.
Contribute to annual planning, territory strategy, and headcount planning.
Lead strategic initiatives from analysis through to execution.
Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for senior leadership.
