Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7–10+ years of experience in professional services, ideally within a leading consulting firm.
- Strong background in enterprise account management and solution selling.
- Proven ability to build a book of business from the ground up through self-sourcing, prospecting, and relationship development.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling within Consumer Products and Services (e.g., Retail, CPG, Food, or Grocery).
- Track record of managing a $5M+ annualized gross portfolio and closing multi-phase enterprise deals ranging from $250K to $1M+.
- Experience working with enterprise organizations generating $2B+ in annual revenue.
- Experience engaging senior and C-level decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of industry dynamics, including digital transformation and AI impact on operating models.
- Proven ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Willingness and ability to travel 25–40%.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a targeted portfolio of enterprise Consumer Products and Services accounts, with direct responsibility for new-logo acquisition, revenue growth, and client outcomes.
- Identify, prioritize, prospect, and develop new enterprise opportunities rather than relying on an inherited book of business.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Lead strategic conversations with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry challenges and emerging trends.
- Shape tailored solutions using technology, marketing, management consulting, and AI capabilities to address clients’ operating-model and transformation priorities.
- Negotiate complex service agreements with enterprise procurement and legal teams.
- Build executive relationships and develop client advocates and sponsors.
