Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy consulting.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience in 0-to-1 building: launching new partnership categories or entering new markets.
- Background combining at least two of: consulting, structured problem-solving, BD/sales execution, or early-stage startup experience.
- Demonstrated ability to independently engage senior external stakeholders and large organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex structures to executives.
- Analytical mind with strong judgment and persistence for long, complex deal cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to function in a lean, cross-functional organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the partnerships pipeline for new product lines from outreach through agreement and onboarding.
- Lead independent partner conversations, including qualifying, structuring value propositions, and closing deals.
- Design creative, non-obvious deal structures for partners requiring unique arrangements.
- Ensure partner success and engagement post-close by collaborating with internal product, data, and legal teams.
- Contribute to vertical strategy by providing insights on partner acceptance and market sequencing.
