Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in power generation, energy services, OEM support, or engineering consulting.
  • Experience working directly with power plant owners, operators, utilities, or generation-sector stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of power generation asset lifecycle management, maintenance, and reliability.
  • Proven business development, account management, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Ability to establish credibility with technical professionals and executive stakeholders.
  • Commercial mindset to convert technical challenges into business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required.
  • Strong integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for key accounts across the power generation sector.
  • Establish and strengthen executive-level relationships with utilities, municipalities, cooperatives, and independent power producers.
  • Identify, qualify, and capture opportunities involving engineering, maintenance, reliability, and asset management.
  • Lead opportunities from initial engagement to project award, developing capture strategies with internal technical teams.
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline and contribute to business development forecasting.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to plant managers, fleet leaders, and generation executives.
  • Translate client challenges related to operations and asset performance into practical technical solutions.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, user groups, and technical forums.
