Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Patient Services experience.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Patient Services operating models.
  • Proven experience supporting the U.S. launch of pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong understanding of Patient Services compliance, legal requirements, and promotional review processes.
  • Experience supporting highly regulated therapies, with REMS or controlled-substance experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Patient Services CRM platforms, workflow design, and process development.
  • Ability to synthesize complex clinical, market, and operational information into strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Experience in CNS, psychiatry, or specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10–20%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Patient Services strategy supporting the successful U.S. launch and commercialization of the therapy.
  • Design, refine, and operationalize end-to-end patient and care partner journeys from referral to follow-up.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support REMS requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Translate strategy into operating models, workflows, CRM capabilities, and digital solutions.
  • Lead launch readiness activities including SOP development, training, and governance.
  • Oversee the promotional review process for patient-facing materials.
  • Utilize data to drive improvements in patient and departmental outcomes.
  • Lead and develop direct reports to foster a high-performing culture.
