Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive commercial or medical affairs experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical company.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and operationalizing global early access programs.
- Strong understanding of key regulatory pathways and considerations.
- Strong understanding of the oncology ecosystem.
- Experience with global product launches including support of launch planning.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Ability to influence across an organization at all levels without direct authority.
- Proven ability to think strategically and innovatively to solve business critical issues.
- Ability to operate effectively in a smaller, rapidly growing company.
- Ability to represent Revolution Medicines externally with professionalism and credibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop an overarching global named patient access strategic approach to enable authorized and compliant supply of RevMed medicines.
- Design and implement new named patient access initiatives globally to address patient unmet need.
- Lead and oversee the operation of new and existing initiatives, liaising internally across Supply Chain, Medical Affairs, Quality, Patient Safety, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, and Information Systems.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, RevMed regional teams, legal and compliance to ensure clear distinction from other patient access initiatives.
- Lead quarterly business reviews in partnership with vendors and key RevMed stakeholders to ensure program objectives and service level agreements are met.
- Secure governance approval of potential new initiatives.
- Supervise the orderly closure of territories and of initiatives as products achieve local regulatory approval and reimbursement.
- Build policies, SOPs, and frameworks to ensure adherence to global SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budget, forecasting, and drive operational excellence.
