Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university.
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, or enterprise transformation.
- Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similar complex, matrixed, and global industries.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional operations with large, geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated experience operationalizing transformation initiatives and guiding teams through change at scale.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complexity into clarity and action.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms, automation tools, and data visualization solutions (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to collaborate effectively across governance structures.
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day business rhythms and operational cadences, separating operational management from transformation governance.
- Design and steward core operating forums, including monthly/quarterly business reviews and annual planning.
- Maintain a master organizational calendar to drive visibility and alignment across cross-functional priorities.
- Partner with transformation teams to translate initiatives into operational reality.
- Collaborate with Customer Engagement leaders to track and review key performance indicators.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for data-informed decision-making.
- Coordinate with P&O and Finance on headcount planning, organizational design, and hiring pipelines.
- Champion continuous improvement to streamline operational processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
