Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, strategy & operations, or a similarly structured analytical and operational discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build frameworks, and drive solutions independently.
  • History of designing effective processes that leverage automation.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including high proficiency with data analysis, metrics design, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of managing projects end-to-end, including cross-functional work and change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
  • Comfort operating directly with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to hold others to standards with clarity, professionalism, and empathy.
  • Self-directed and highly organized with the capacity to manage a diverse portfolio of work.
  • Owner’s mindset with high accountability for planning and resource allocation.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Recruiting leadership team regarding organizational design, team effectiveness, and strategic priorities.
  • Partner with the Head of Recruiting to lead planning cycles, including goal-setting and resourcing.
  • Develop and maintain operating frameworks that align recruiting capacity, workflows, and resources to business demand.
  • Establish a comprehensive recruiting metrics suite to monitor operations and goal-attainment.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis for business planning, reporting, and root cause analysis.
  • Clarify and document operating standards across the recruiting function, making expectations explicit and auditable.
  • Design mechanisms to monitor process adherence and drive team accountability.
  • Translate early-stage ideas into structured, executable plans and lead their execution through to completion.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships, including contracting, onboarding, and performance management.
