Requirements

- Hands-on data literacy and experience designing operational metrics and systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic projects from scratch.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and paying down operational debt.
Responsibilities
- Monitor company KPIs, identify operational risks, and deploy targeted interventions.
- Design and optimize scalable workflows, OKR cadences, and operating systems.
- Manage a team of operational contributors, including an operations engineer and people partner.
- Lead high-priority strategic experiments and internal turnarounds from inception to execution.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Finance departments.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership to manage executive initiatives and operating forums.
