10+ years of product management experience, including significant leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Deep accounting domain expertise, including general ledger, AP/AR workflows, and ERP concepts.
Familiarity with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or Spectrum.
Demonstrated success owning complex, cross-functional product areas and interconnected systems.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing product management teams.
Strong product judgment regarding the practical application of AI in accounting.
Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Strong customer orientation and ability to build trust with users.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Define and own the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for the accounting product portfolio.
Lead the development of modern, AI-enabled accounting capabilities across AP, AR, general ledger, and financial controls.
Provide strategic direction and communicate priorities to product teams and senior stakeholders.
Manage, mentor, and advocate for a team of senior product managers.
Partner with engineering, design, finance, and go-to-market teams to deliver end-to-end products.
Engage directly with customers to validate product direction and translate financial challenges into strategy.
Oversee complex product areas with significant architectural and platform dependencies.
Establish and monitor metrics for product adoption, quality, and business outcomes.
