Requirements
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related discipline (MBA, PhD, or PharmD preferred).
- Significant senior leadership experience within the Australian biopharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated success leading commercial organizations and managing P&L accountability.
- Experience establishing, building, or significantly scaling pharmaceutical affiliates.
- Proven success leading oncology product launches, preferably within precision oncology.
- Strong understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical environment, including reimbursement, market access, and healthcare policy.
- Demonstrated success influencing government stakeholders, regulators, and external partners.
- Experience leading multifunctional, matrixed organizations in a global environment.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive influencing skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the JPAC Leadership Team to contribute to global growth and strategy.
- Establish the Australian affiliate, including organizational design, governance, and operational infrastructure.
- Develop and execute the Australia business strategy and manage the P&L.
- Lead launch planning across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Market Access, and Regulatory functions.
- Engage with TGA, PBAC, MSAC, and other government/industry stakeholders to maximize patient access.
- Partner with Global Clinical Development to integrate Australia into global clinical programs.
- Foster a high-performance culture and recruit a cross-functional leadership team.
