Requirements
- Medical degree, ideally earned in Australia
- Experience in communication, project management, or working with student or physician organizations
- Willingness to travel (around 40%) and attend conferences
- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy
- Structured approach to work and ability to prioritize independently
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing, collaborative environment
- Experience in tech, business development, consulting, sales, or marketing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of medical students and physicians in Australia and grow AMBOSS's presence in medical schools across the country
- Build strong relationships with medical universities and lead conference presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings across the region
- Manage our AMBOSSadors and key student contacts at universities, and collaborate with key opinion leaders, student societies, and medical associations
- Design and implement strategic outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor country-specific performance metrics across all channels and lead quarterly reviews
- Create and manage content tailored to the Australian market, such as country-specific study guides and plans, where relevant
