Requirements
- Experience building and improving operational processes and programs.
- Technical background with a passion for building automations and workflows to eliminate toil.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles such as consulting, support, implementation, onboarding, or program management.
- Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and articulate improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple open threads simultaneously with high organization and thoroughness.
- Hyper-responsive communication style and urgency when working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to and scale the day-to-day operation of Stedi’s transaction enrollment program.
- Establish and continuously improve enrollment playbooks across thousands of payers.
- Interface daily with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to secure approvals and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain a content management system of payer-specific enrollment steps to inform product and operational tools.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and ship requirements for external and internal enrollment tooling.
- Define performance metrics to measure and optimize enrollment system effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot enrollment issues, perform root cause analysis, and manage customer escalations related to missing ERAs.
