Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience managing technology projects or programs across multiple engineering and business teams.
- Demonstrated success delivering SaaS, cloud, data, infrastructure, or migration projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery approaches and release management practices.
- Experience managing scope, schedule, dependencies, resources, risks, budgets, and vendors.
- Proficiency with project-management tools like Asana, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
- Ability to define delivery metrics and communicate effectively with technical teams and senior executives.
- Excellent facilitation, organization, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for strategic technology projects, including platform consolidation, migration, database modernization, and AI-enabled initiatives.
- Translate business priorities into project charters, workstreams, milestones, and measurable acceptance criteria.
- Establish integrated project plans across Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure, and other internal/external teams.
- Facilitate project kickoffs, execution reviews, risk assessments, and executive status reporting.
- Track scope, schedule, budget, and risks, driving timely resolution and providing recommendations.
- Coordinate release and migration readiness, ensuring validation, training, and support preparedness.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to manage backlogs, delivery capacity, and alignment.
- Administer project-management workflows in tools such as Asana or Jira.
