Requirements
- 1-3 years of client-facing project management experience or similar client-facing role.
- Familiarity with development projects or prioritization management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to overlap significantly with US-based time zones.
- Detail-oriented with a proven ability and curiosity to learn and self-educate.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive while managing 1-4 projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly internal status and client meetings.
- Manage client-facing team communication.
- Proactively identify risks and solutions related to project development, budget, resources, and schedule.
- Organize and manage overall project workflow and strategy from start to finish across 1-4 concurrent projects.
- Provide direction and support to the team on tasks and deliverables, including capturing detailed client requirements.
- Apply creative problem-solving and critical thinking to mitigate risk.
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and client contacts.
